It looks like mega DJ Calvin Harris will be sticking in Las Vegas as his lucrative residency deal at Caesar’s Palace has just got extended until 2020. The Scottish born DJ and producer started his deal at Caesar Palace in 2015 at their Omnia nightclub with 25 dates announced this year beginning March 9th. EDC Moves Up A Month

There has been talk about moving the date of the yearly Electic Daisy Carnival to different time to avoid the often oppressive Summer heat in Las Vegas in mid June. A decision has been made and now the Electric Daisy Carnival has been moved from mid June to the weekend of May 18th to 20th when the temperatures are generally about 30 degrees lower. The change will be safer for visitors and also a camping program has been added so vistors to the vent can rent air conditioned tents.

Today tickets go on sale for six additional dates which have been added to the Bruno Mars residency at the Park Theater at Monte Carlo. The free Summer Downtown Las Vegas concerts return to Fremont Street again with this year’s event called “Downtown Rocks.” As you can guess from the name a lot of rock acts are performing with Good Charlotte scheduled tomorrow on the 3rd Street Stage at 9 pm.
