More convention and meeting space is coming to the Strip and we don’t meet just the expansion of the Las Vegas Convention Center; The MGM Grand has broken ground on an expansion to its Convention Center which will add 250,000 square feet of space to give it more than 850,000 square feet at the resort in total. It seems strange to talk about the pool season in Las Vegas as California is being battered by Winter storms and many parts of the country are freezing cold with snow or big storms. But in Las Vegas the Spring pool season is just around the corner with The Hakkasan Group announcing March 10th as the opening date for its numerous pools and day clubs in Las Vegas. The doors open at 10pm and guests will be given a free raffle ticket with a chance to win one of the artist’s paintings. So if you are in the area and want to watch the talented artist create a picture in minutes you might want to stop by.
