The nightly shows draw big crowds to the front of the Bellagio as the more than a thousand jets of water shoot water as high as 460 feet in to the air. Patisserie’s Get Renamed

Because of the split of Jean Philippe Maury and MRI properties the two former Jean Philipe Patisserie’s have been renamed with names reflecting their location with the newly named Aria Patisserie as well as the Bellagio Patisserie. It’s not known if these will be the permanent names for these locations, but I do know the pastries are amazing and worth checking out.

Spago At Forum Shops To Close

A longtime fixture of the Forum Shops at Caesars Palace the famous restaurant Spago by celebrity chef Wolfgang Puck has announced that it will close this Saturday January 27th. But fans of Spago in Las Vegas shouldn’t worry the restaurant will return this Summer at a new location at the Bellagio in the former space of Todd English’s Olives which had been at the property since 1998. Parking Charges On The Strip

MGM Resorts had announced that with the opening of the T Mobile Arena that they would start charging for parking at its nearby properties. The properties charging the fees are Bellagio, Aria, Vdara, New York New York and the soon to be rebranded Monte Carlo. The only way to avoid the charge is if you are have a Nevada driving license and are willing to have it scanned. The above video shows the new fountain side restaurant now open at Bellagio called LAGO from celebrity chef Julian Serrano, The restaurant has a Milan inspired theme with small dishes of Italian food pared with a complimentary cocktail program. Bellagio Conservatory Christmas Display

 As you can see from the picture the seasonal switchover of the Bellagio Conservatory to the popular Christmas theme has happened with the breathtaking Christmas tree and seasonal decorations now in place. The tree this year is 42 foot high and weights an approximate 6,800 pounds and has 7,000 white lights on it as well as 2,500 multi colored ornaments.
