The Samba Brazilan Steakhouse at The Mirage has announced they will close on August 31st and be replaced by another restaurant to take over that space by the end of the year. The Samba Brazilian Steakhouse opened at the Mirage in 1998 as the Samba Grill and became known as a meat eaters heaven with amazing meats carved tableside such as roast pork loin, lamb and Portuguese sausage served with options such as black beans, rice and vegatables that come to you table family style. The Braziilian rainforest decor restaurant will be missed by many but you still have up until August 31st to visit one last time.
