Oscar’s Steakhouse at the Plaza downtown has always been a good option for perfectly aged steaks which are cooked over a 600 degree grill. During the Wrangler National Finals Rodeo they have added three special menu items just for the event; The first braised short ribs over country grits with fried onions, the second is a slow roasted prime rib with loaded mashed potatoes and green beans and finally a Whiskey BBQ glazed sirloin steak with baked potato and brussel sprouts for $35 each. If you get there early request a window seat so you can see the Fremont Street Experience canopy, the street itself has been obscured by a stage but you can still see the canopy.
