Pac-12 Championship Canceled For Las Vegas

More events planned for Las Vegas this year and no cancelled because of the pandemic now include the Pac-12 Conference Championship Game which was originally scheduled for December of this year.

Instead of playing the Championship game in Las Vegas the event will happen at the home stadium of one of the final two teams. The Pac-12 Conference Game is still schedule to play at Allegiant Stadium in 2021 and 2022 when hopefully things are back to normal.

This is another blow for the huge new Allegiant Stadium which at this point doesn’t look like it will have an event with fans in the stands until 2021 at the earliest. The $2 billion dollar stadium is the new home for the NFL’s Raiders and is opening at the worst time hopefully things will look better next year for the stadium and the city of Las Vegas.
