Palms Sold To Station

Recently the locals market has heated up as Boyd’s Gaming bought the locals Aliante Casino in North Las Vegas for $380 million as well as two Cannery casinos for $230 million. Now comes news that the recently put on the market Palms Casino has been bought up by the other big locals operator Station Casinos. The Palms has been bought for $312.5 million with the deal expected to be completed in the 3rd quarter of this year. The Palms is located near the Strip across from Boyd’s owned property Gold Coast which has recently remodeled its rooms and as well as Caesar’s owned Rio Casino.
