MGM has announced that Park MGM will now close at Noon on Mondays and, reopen at noon Thursdays. This seems to be the new norm on the Strip with several properties closing midweek when the traffic is slow.
MGM said the reason is as expected to low midweek occupancy as well as the lack of meetings, conventions or events. MGM said this isn’t a short term thing and will continue in to next year.
