The Plaza Hotel & Casino has debuted the Luxe rooms and suites which are part of the $15 million renovation of 120 rooms in the top floors of the Plaza’s North Tower. The remodeled rooms are approximately 325 square feet in size and 16 of the old rooms were combined to make 8 new suites.
The new Luxe rooms have warm wood tones, mixed with metals with bold colors as well as laminate flooring, area rugs and a barn door entry, Other features of the new room include customer vanities, walk in showers and quartz countertops.
The rooms all have a Alexa Echo Dot which means you can do the normal things such as check the weather, play music, ask questions and also some hotel related things such as request housekeeping, reserving a pool cabana, or making dinner reservations at Oscar’s Steakhouse.
The rooms also include many usb ports, as well as 49″ flat screen televisions, refrigerators and coffee makers. The Plaza recently upgraded the entries with a state of the art RFID system in all 1,000 rooms.
The upgraded rooms give tourists more options and, give the customers amenities that are more Strip like but in Downtown, Las Vegas.
