Heavy metal rockers from the 80’s Queensryche with opening act Dokken are heading next Saturday to the Downtown Events Center. The Downtown Events Center is owned by Derek Stevens and is basically a huge lot with a stage at one end near the Fremont Street Experience; After the events center first opened their wasn’t that many events at first but that seems to be changing with more frequent events happening now. Tickets for the Queensrche concert are still available at time of writing at $40 for general admission with $8.25 in service fees for a total of $48.25 which isn’t too bad for an outdoor concert. So if head banging to 80’s rock is your thing and you are in town next weekend then you might want to grab a ticket to the concert. (Article courtesy of LV Downtown Now)
