The popular Strip side Serendipity 3 has closed at Caesar’s Palace with a new in house restaurant called Stripside Cafe & Bar to take over the space and reopen almost right away. Serendipity 3 opened in 2009 and was known for its elaborate desert menu with items such as the Frrrozen Hot Chocolate and will be missed by sweet toothed diners such as myself. Serendipity 3 was a Las Vegas off shoot of 62 year old New York restaurant when it opened in 2009. For the moment it looks like Caesars plans to run the new Stripside Cafe & Bar although in the future another operator could be brought in for the prime space Strip side.
