The wait is nearly over with the opening this weekend of Tim Ho Wan dim sum restaurant from Hong Kong. The original restaurant opened in 2009 and, earned a Michelin star the Las Vegas location will the 46th location for the chain that has restaurants in nine countries.
The restaurant is described as approachable and affordable dim sum with 30 menu items made fresh to order in an open kitchen so you can watch the food being prepared. Items such as lobster meat rice roll, shrimp toast with truffle and foie gras as well as others such as wagyu beef rice rolls are all priced less than $11. Tim Ho Wan will also stay open as late as 4am depending on demand so its a good late night option. At the moment its scheduled to open Sunday 29th although there is always a chance it could open early either way it sounds like a place worth checking out.
